then follow the steps given below..

1)  Download the file...
2) Extract the zipfile u have downloaded...
3) Then Open the folder (In_Vitro_v2_by_se7ensinner/InVitrov2/Theme/
4) Double click on theme.exe file and install.....
    or copy and past the folder:InVitro V2 and file: InVitro V2,
    in path called c/windows/resources/themes/....
5) Now double click on FullGlass.exe file...
6) Now Apply theme InVitro V2 from your PC's Personalize option....
